Our Quality Assurance System
Dainichiseika Group has obtained ISO 9001 certification and operates a “Quality Management System (QMS hereinafter)” as a mechanism for continuously improving the quality of products and services provided to customers by each business division and group company.
In 2013, we established a Quality Control Committee composed of quality management personnel from each business within the Group. Through four annual plenary meetings, we have promoted policy deployment and information sharing. In 2019, we established the Quality Products Supervisory Department to oversee the management and operation of the Group-wide QMS. After thorough system review, we commenced fullscale operation of the Group QMS starting in FY2024, building a framework to advance the maintenance and improvement of quality assurance across the Dainichiseika Group.
Group-wide activities include strengthening management systems for raw material suppliers and manufacturing contractors, conducting mutual internal audits between departments, and implementing quality inspection audits from a specialized perspective by the Quality Products Supervisory Department. These efforts advance the establishment of an appropriate quality management system. We also regularly hold various training sessions aimed at enhancing employees’ quality-related awareness and skills. Moving forward, we will continue to identify challenges to adapt to changes in the social environment, enhance our quality assurance system through continuous improvement, and strive to increase customer confidence and trust.
